Once you've decided I am a good fit for you, you can contact me via email or go to my contact page to send me a message. After you have sent me an email, it will take me approximately 12-24 hours to respond, although I try to be quicker than that!!

Over here at Madison Kay Photography, we are dedicated to serving our clients and providing the best experience possible. That is why all of our collections come with a second shooter and a minimum of 8 hours photo coverage, to ensure to moment is missed.
We can get to know each other over your favorite cup of coffee, a Zoom call or even a phone call! Whichever you would prefer. This gives us a chance to discuss all the important details of your big day! It also allows us to just get to know each other on a bit more of a personal level!!

Woohoo! It's official! You've booked me as your photographer and Im beyond honored and excited to go on this journey with you! I will send over a customized proposal and then the fun will really begin! This is also a great time to do your engagement photos!

Yay! Now we can start working on a custom timeline to suit you and your day! During this time we will also be doing your engagement session, but no worries if you're nervous! I dedicate my time with couples on making yall comfortable and coaching you through poses while also making it feel as lighthearted as possible!

Step Four: Planning

Last but definitely not least, your wedding day! By now, we have already ironed out all the fine details, and there will be no confusion on how the day will go. As your photographer, it is a priority of mine to not only deliver beautiful heirloom photos, but to also make sure this day is as stress free as possible. I will be there for y'all every step of the way from bobby pins to the big exit!!
